How to book a private class ?
If you want to have a cooking class for a day which is not planned on our calendar (right side of this page), you can book a private class. Detailed infos are on this page: private cooking classes.

How to book a public class ?
It’s easy: 1 – pay the reservation fee, 2 – select your recipes, and 3 – you’re done!
1- Pay the reservation
Our public cooking class price is 350 RMB (56 USD, 42 EUR) per person.
For spring season, we have a special 15% promotion (290 RMB, which is 46 USD or 35 EUR) if you reserve in advance.
Paypal
You can pay online via paypal, secure and accepting all international credit cards.

Make sure to adjust the quantity for number of people!

Cash
You can also pay in person, in cash RMB, maximum 2 days before the event.
Contact us to meet around Shanghai’s former french concession area, at your convenience, or come to our home-office.
No reservation
Lastly, you can pay in cash directly the day of the event.
Though you will have to pay 15% more (350 RMB as of current promotion), as we cannot make sure that you come and that’s a risk we take.
2- Make your selection of recipes
We will send you payment confirmation by e-mail.
You will then be able to choose your recipes on our recipes page
We will need of course to select a few dishes to make all students attending the class happy.
3 – What to bring during the event ?
- Check the confirmation e-mail we send you to ensure you have all the info.
- We provide all the ingredients, cooking equipments, aprons, snacks, drinks and place.
Just make sure to bring some clothes with long sleeves and comfortable shoes (we will walk a little during the market tour).
- Usually the meeting point is at exit 2 of Jiashan road station (line 9)

Reservation and cancellation
Please, don’t cancel at the last minute as events are small group and we purchase fresh ingredients in portion size for every participant. We can’t do anything about it, but last minute cancellations really hurt our small business.
* Reserve for a class with minimum 2 day notice.
* Refund for more than 28 hours cancellation (please send us notification by email)
* Cancelation less than 24 hours before event no refund. However we welcome you to send someone to replace you.
