The Event Format

Our host will begin with a short introduction to Chinese cuisines and divide into different teams with 7-8 people. You will be given time to plan about what are you going to cook. We provide enough fresh meat and vegetables, different sauces and spices.

Chef will teach you some characteristically Oriental knife handling skills. Next host will divide into different teams. Under the watchful eyes’ of a professional chef, you can ask for advices, but no helping and no recipes.

Can your team keep cool under the pressure of this hot kitchen? Plan and prepare your dishes with care, using all your team’s expertise if you want to win this competitive cooking challenge! You’ll be marked by the judges on the presentation, taste and innovation.
