La mian & Baozi

Chinese Hand-Pulled Noodles, as in Lanzhou-style restaurants
To be noted: La mian takes about 2 hours to prepare and include all steps, from making the dough to final recipe (usually zha jiang mian and 1 or 2 small side dishes), including pulling the noodles yourself!

So it cannot be combined with other dishes and has to be in a special la mian cooking class.
