Sticky rice balls(汤圆, Tangyuan) making & Networking Party on February 16th 2014, from 1:30 to 4:30 PM at c3 Café Bar.
In February, we are going to celebrate the Lantern Festival in China. If you are interested in learning how to make sticky rice balls, typical of the Chinese Lantern Festival as well as a delicious Italian vanilla and blueberry pannacotta dessert, then come join in to learn some interesting facts and meet new people. Of course, feel free to invite a friend!
At this cooking and networking party, we’ll get to make rice balls hands-on with three different types of stuffing, meet new friends from all over the world and watch our Italian chef make a vanilla pannacotta with blueberry compote to taste! Yum!
