Learning how to taste wines is a straightforward adventure that will deepen your appreciation for both wines and winemakers. Look, smell, taste – starting with your basic senses and expanding from there you will learn how to taste wines like the pros in no time! Tasting wine is all about utilizing your five senses to fully experience what’s in your glass.

Our wine tasting is supported by The French Cellar and Cook in Shanghai. Certified Trainers are waiting for you.

Time: 14:30pm-5:30pm, July, 30th, 2016

Location : City Chef, Room 101, Building 7, 3539 Dongfang Road (near Nanmatou Road), Pudong New District, Shanghai

Price : ¥150 (Taste four kinds of wines, hams, fruit, and cheese are provided)

1.There will be a wine tasting、an exhibition and an specific explanation on basic wine knowledge.

2.Tasting the high -quality wine made by the Le Meurice I Louis XV from the Michelin 2 stars restaurant.

3.Making new friends, and enjoy your new experience.

About the lecturers

Gin, as the founder of The French Cellar in Asian group, was the Sommelier belongs to the Straits Wine Company in the Singapore. He worked in the Kaesler (Barossa Valley) and Golding (Adelaide Hill), which are the famous Chateau in Australia. He committed himself to making the wine of civil rights popularity.
